I Go to a Boarding School

Each of the three dorms in our house contains three single beds and one bunk bed. Because the top bunk is much valued among our girls, they rotate beds every Tuesday after the sheets have been put in the laundry 🙂 The rotation is strictly adhered to and the girl with the favoured bed jealously guards her territory. I am sometimes invited into one of the dorms for a sleepover, but I have never been offered the top bunk 😕

Well as any other senior girls been offered the top bunk for a sleepover? But school is over now no?

@updown2020 No one I know has ever been allowed to sleep up top 😟 I still have four more weeks of school before the summer holidays. It is very difficult as it is so nice and sunny outside 🐻

@TammieBear Well I guess that is because the person sleeping on the top bunk would have to sleep elsewhere? I mean did each room have a spare bed all the time?

@updown2020 There is a spare mattress, but normally we don't mind squeezing up together for sleepovers 🙂

@updown2020 No, Cornwall in south west England. One of my friends at school lives there and it has some amazing beaches 😎
