I Lose My Concentration Sometime

Yes i do I can sometimes just totally go into a deep day dream and not realize it at the time till afterwards. or sometimes if I think to hard I totally cannot think straight. or if I am worried or having an aniexty attack will forget thing's can't focus and just lose all concentration.
