I Lose My Concentration Sometime

every now and then i'll just completely lose my focus. like, to the point that for about 5-30 minutes i'll do things without even thinking about it, and afterwards i wont even remember it. like 1 time i made dinner 4 my brother during this and ended up making his dinner twice xD

@xiera Well the professor I used to have said it was like hypnosis. You are in an altered state. It tends to happen when driving long distances or doing things you have done before and you are just going on automatic.

@canusernamebemyusername its just random 4 me tho. like, its happened once when i was younger on a field trip. i was somewhere i didnt recognize and had a panic attack on the spot x_x
