I Know He Loves Me

In the entire 4 and 1/2 years my boyfriend and I have been together he's never bought me a single thing just because. He bought me a computer for Christmas one year because mine died and I needed it for school. He found me a free car when mine started acting like a death trap and convinced me to drive it rather than going into debt. One year, for my birthday he bought me a pair of swarovski earrings after I'd been raving about earrings for months. I've worn those earrings as if they were real diamonds every day since the day he gave them to me. They're the only gift he's ever given me that wasn't a necessity. Until today....

I came home, took a shower, walked into the bedroom to put my jammies on and a burst of blue and yellow stood out against the white of my bed sheets. It was a Blues Jersey...I've been going on and on about them for a couple of weeks now. Not only was it the exact design I wanted, but my favorite player! Tarasenko!!! I have a huge crush on him, lol. More for his personality than his looks. He even got my size perfect! I adore it! I can't wait to wear it to work tomorrow.

Then, earlier he came in and laid down with me just to talk. He rarely does that...and he was so attentive to everything I was saying. He really never does that! :p My boyfriend is amazing in a million ways, but communication is not one of them typically. So I really appreciated it. :) it really is kind of crazy how far he's come this past year or so. I know he loves me :)
