I Meditation
I tried meditation for the first time today. And it was surprisingly hard not only to keep my mind clear of any thoughts, but it was even difficult to always be concentrated on the breath. I began exhaling through my mouth at one point just to keep myself focused on it. Also I moved my head a couple of times and my hand (I don't know if it's something you're advised not to do, or if it's ok).
Then, I struggled a bit more and decided to open my eyes and check the time, and to my pleasure it had passed 5 minutes and I was off the hook, done with it for today.
Anyone that does meditation and maybe struggled with it at the beginning - any tips? Also I have to point out, I used no music. It was rainning outside, so I thought that was just perfect for what I'm about to do.
