I Get Jealous Easily

I know jealousy is not a good thing but I can't help it... Now he has screenshots of other girls on his phone... I don't want to even snap him anymore... Why take screenshots though?
When I get upset or angry with him I always go online to talk to other people and it helps me feel better and not think about it

Jealousy is not necessarily a bad thing either
It can be a normal response too. Not being jealous or showing interest in your partner can cause problems too
Inappropriate or pathological jealousy is harmful to both.

An exclusive partner should try to make their partner feel secure and confident and vica versa. When that happens it can be so good for both...
