I Wish I Could Be a Better Writer

I've always loved to write and would love to be able to write stories someday. But I'm not a very creative writer at the moment. 😿 I can write fanfictions but I have difficulty coming up with anything original. To those who do write stories, what inspires you to be a creative writer?
