Today.........

I think I over did it today. Spent almost 2 hours out in the Florida heat, then around 30 minutes in my garage cleaning up shit today. I passed out earlier for 3 hours and I am still very lightheaded and dizzy and nauseous:/

@MartinTheFirst I dont normally do the outside work, but I didnt want hubby to do it after being in the hospital
