I'm not dead...yet.

I guess I have stage 2 heart failure. Explains why I have issues with fatigue and why doing simple shit sometimes wipes me out or gives me palpitations and other issues. Explains why I feel weakened. A lot of it makes perfect sense.

@SW-User I'm getting put on meds and I have to make some lifestyle changes. I could tell the doctor wanted to slap me upside the head for still smoking and drinking.
