I must face the reality that I could lose you

If you Leave this world , my heart will be empty once again. If you leave this world the pain will ache deep in my soul for the rest of my life.
If you leave this world your essence will be with me but the tears will glisten on all that surrounds me. If you leave this world I will truly know the depths of heartache for I cannot imagine my world without you.
