I Have Been Homeless

And technically going out again to live like this as a passion.
I have spent a lot of time alone in the past, and I accept the challenges I've found.
It's all I have.

i have always been fascinated by urban survival and the skills required to succeed at it.

It's actually quite liberating the whole process of learning that. I have so much to learn it's like a forever kind of task. I've become spiritual about immortality and just everything tbh

@Nwardopholin: use broomsticks and wire and you can trap rabbits and squirrels, you can use snow for shelter in there winter and you can make around 30 000 a year panhandling.
Gandolf · 100+, M
Have you done this?
xSharp · 31-35, M
@Nwardopholin: never used it in the city, but animals tend to take the path of least resistance, like a pole leaning up against a tree covered in snares! the slant makes it easier to get up than it would be to climb the base of the trunk.

i do build snow shelters for fun though and then drink in them listening to the radio

i also know fish traps and bird traps.

That's great man. Do you want to make it a lifestyle?
xSharp · 31-35, M
@Nwardopholin: i want to go as far out into the woods as i can get and stay there, whatever happens happens, until then i will learn everything there is to learn, from the animals as well.

I have tried, and givin up, multiple times.
I didn't take the most realistic approach.
Do you look for any kind of groups?
xSharp · 31-35, M
@Nwardopholin: no, only nature can teach us how to succeed, or it will kill us for disrespecting it with our weakness.
Gandolf · 100+, M
Will you make clothing or what?
xSharp · 31-35, M
@Nwardopholin: i will wear the fur from my kills t stay warm, might make armor for certain hunts.

i know how to find natural metal, smelt and smith it as well, its pretty simple actually.

🤙Rad, have you seem primitive technology on Youtube?
Do you accept others in joining you?
When and where are you going?
If you don't mind.

@Nwardopholin: ive seen them all, that guy is awesome! he made a power drill with sticks string and a rock! and yes we are a social animal so help would be nice. i dont know where il go but i wont never be found thats for sure i dont know when id go either. lol

Okay, well I'm not going to jump right into it. I don't have a lot of money saved up or anything but I'm going to Charleston SC. It's not the most ideal for living completely in isolation but I think it's be a great transition point.
I have a lot of skills as in scavenging society I guess. I've been in a few homeless shelters and in some desperate city situations. I have gone as far as Australia from the US to live among indigineous people. What I want now is to have my own spot where I can practice all of this, yet be in means of libraries, food stamps, and friends. I can get odd jobs and stuff easily if I need money. Besides that I will be in a meditative state of mind 24/7 and get familiar with myself. Probably expecting around 3 years. Starting in two weeks.

@Nwardopholin: thats the thing, i want nothing to do with money. i know how to find gold after all so who needs it.
Gandolf · 100+, M
Okay yeah but I think masters would always have something to point out, though attainable through you completely, I don't think I have the faith.
xSharp · 31-35, M
@Nwardopholin: you dont need faith, just knowledge, lots and lots of knowledge. and will helps too!
Gandolf · 100+, M
Which ultimately is fine.

Do you have ideas about where at and everything?
Gandolf · 100+, M
Are you aware of what enlightenment entails?
xSharp · 31-35, M
@Nwardopholin: of gold or survival in general? because for both the answer is keep moving.
xSharp · 31-35, M
@Nwardopholin: probably not. lol but im an animal so w.e.
Gandolf · 100+, M
I mean where you want to live completely isolated?
xSharp · 31-35, M
@Nwardopholin: mostly but it would be nice to run into a neighbor or a bandit every once in a while. lol maybe train a bear cub to be a hunting partner. ive seen it done with a crocodile before!
Gandolf · 100+, M
Hellyeah.
Like Grizzly Adams.
xSharp · 31-35, M
@Nwardopholin: look up the crocodile shaman, its insane! even komodo dragons like to be petted apparently, i was taught that reptiles were cold and emotionless.. trippy dude..
Gandolf · 100+, M
Okay man I will. Good talk!
