I Am An Atheist

Dedicating this to [removed by staff] who was so kind to present the "atheist genesis" to me, trying to convince me how little sense the "atheist religion" made. 😉
There are illogical things that can be real.

Did you ever think that from a liquid... your sperm.... and a woman’s mushy egg... becomes a human?

A bone... that resembles a rock.... grows?? From when we are a baby to who we are now.... dude that shit is illogical and really points to a greater power out there.

Evolution from a single felled organism? Where do fruits, vegetables, flowers, come from?

There is way too much in what we can see with our eyes that point us to something greater than ourselves.
@suzie1960 The Christian God is not really the “Christian” God... He’s just God. The constant, the force, the creator from which all things come from. It isn’t mythical if it actually happened, as many ancient manuscripts written as soon as 15 years after Christ’s resurrection have been found. I myself am on this search, if this is actually true or not. In Israel they have the tomb from which Jesus arose (I saw it on YouTube yesterday). I figure that if it was all a joke then this “Jesus” who was the only one to claim to be God in the flesh, resurrect to where his body wasn’t found, has crossed various cultures... then it wouldn’t have made it as far as it has. The other religions you mention are not even around in the numbers of Christianity. What interest would old “Christians” have in converting everyone in the past? They used the wrong methods but why.... why was the church obsessed with Christianity? Dictators get their way without the use of religion.... so where did this Jesus come from and why was Constantine obsessed with it being the official religion of it was all myth or a made up story?

@Selfexpression The christian god is the one christians believe in. It's only one of many gods and goddesses. It wouldn't be mythical if it actually existed but there is no evidence that it does. All those things christians try to attribute to their god can just as easily be attributed to other gods such as The Flying Spaghetti Monster or The Invisible Pink Unicorn.

It's quite likely there were several people called Jesus wandering around 2000 years ago but there;s no evidence any of them was the son of any god. The reason the myth got spread so far is that the Roman Emperor, Constantine the Great, if not actually converted to christianity, tolerated it.

I don't understand your comment that

Are you trying the say that the validity of a religion is directly proportional to its number of followers?

@Selfexpression You keep using the word logic and you keep using it incorrectly.
I do understand how it happens. It surpasses logic to have mush.... turn into bones, organs, flesh, and bones with a life expectancy of 80 years.
We know how it works and it works logically.

The only reason "Jesus had a time named after him" is because of the Holy Roman Empire and their reach. CE/BCE is now the standard naming convention.
and the only one who claimed to resurrect where his body could have been produced and Christianity gotten nowhere
I don't understand what that means.
