what's really bad is when you forgive and forgive and they still go with the same behavior at some point you have to say enough is enough.. and move on from toxic people....

Rain-bisou~ yes your right but i think theres a lot more to it then just that...as people are only toxic because they are hurting people..i think it can be complicated "sometimes"...dont you think??.....i dont like giving up on people I care about.

Margaux--- I guess it depends on who it is, if its someone you love say a member of your family or maybe a close friend; but even then at some point do you still stay the mat they wipe their feet on? I think you can still love and care about them but you have to say enough is enough; absolutely not give up on them but just be a little more cautious in dealing with them....

Rain-Bison~ well no you don't stay the mat they wipe their feet on...your challenge is to change your* own behavior so they don't walk on you!..and then you communicate to resolve any remaining conflicts..and if they are not willing to talk about issues and work on them and respect you ...then its time to keep a distance..and yes of course being cautious.. but like i said this is with a select few that you can't or don't want to walk away from because you value and or care/love them.
