I Got A Gut Feeling

Today yes I did I from getting up this morning .till still now felt strange and stomach feels turned inside out like I have been on a roller coaster and just feel strange don't know if it's aniexty of going out again or it's because I am sensing something either way it doesn't feel nice.

Gut feelings come from different things mostly from the unconscious parts of our complicated minds.

If something is not feeling right over and over again, take some time to reflect on the situation or person. Often we can pinpoint the problem when we create a space of conscious awareness.

It could be that your environment is unsettling? Some people's bodies are sensitive to different environments more than others.
