I Am On a Self Improvement Journey

I smoked weed nearly everyday since the age of 15. I liked it a lot. I smoked cigarettes too.

Ive stopped smoking both now. Giving up cigarettes gave me back my appetite for food. Now that ive given up weed ive become more motivated to exercise. I never realised that I could feel so good from exercising. Ive suffered with anxiety for many years, but feel like exercise is the key to overcoming it. I feel my confidence increasing and I'm starting to feel happy about the way I look.

Ive wrote this for anyone who feels stuck in a rut. Find motivation and do regular exercise. It really makes you feel good.
