I Think The Cane Should Be Bought Back Into The School System

I got the cane and slipper at my school several times, all with the flimsiest of excuses such as not hearing the whistle for the end of playtime. When I got too big for even the bigger teachers to punish this way and they talked to me, they got a better response from me. Will re-introduction help the current knife attacks etc., is debatable and maybe it is too late.
