I Know You Dont Care So Why Should I Care

Okay, Should I completely block my ex on facebook so I have no way of contact? Or should I just not message them and use my will power to become stronger and not message them, but doing either I will have to delete the conversation we have on facebook and that has every single memory and message we have ever had on it so it will be hard to just delete it but would it help? Thanks just looking for advice.

I've tried both of these options with my ex, yet we're still talking. I think it's best to leave communication open, but slowly teach yourself to not need it or depend on it. I haven't blocked my ex but I don't talk to her. That's slowly helping me realize I don't need her in my life anymore.

I don't know that it would help everyone, but deleting (back on Myspace) and throwing out the letters helped me with my ex situation years ago. It's easier.
