I Keep My Circle Small

Small circles are special to me. Connections are not taken lightly. There is no way to be all things to all people, but to those cherished few we can be more than imagined. Not only on social media sites, but in the flesh, keeping one's circle small promotes deeper connections, more meaningful friendships, and the ability to invest more time in our kindred spirits.

One of my favorite quotes:

"Only those who care about you can hear you when you're quiet."

I also prefer to keep my circle as tiny as possible. Friends are like flowers for me: You have to take care for them very often or they will die. I just have a very, very few friends, but I am ok with all of them. I prefer quality to quantity! 😀
Sorry about that. That troll was irritating. I get what you are saying. Small circles are more intimate and people get to know one another better. Some gather many, but know none. I like that quote. It is truth.

I agree with this and tend to be similar:)

But keeping it small and closed off only gives a chance that you may miss something or someone that was to be your everything....

That is a risk with a small circle, yes, though I didn't say closed off to anyone; it is open to those rare sparks and connections. Plus those who take time and effort to know me and I them.

I subscribe to this one too.
And all this while I've been on the run to somehow connect deeply with self!

What a branded fool I can be! 🙂
