Slow and steady is the best way to be able to keep it off

@askmyteapot So true. A friend of mine told me doing do it too fast and do it at a slow pace. I lost weight before and I kept it off for a while. I lost it slow too but gained it because because of depression of the loss of my friends and love ones. I heard losing weight too fast can gain it back. Right?

It can be the case, but just have to get in the habit of eating well and regular exercise. Plus having a little more muscle helps burn more energy every day too

Diabetes is most certainly no joke. Do this for YOU and nobody else (there will be pleasant side effects, though).

VERY NICE! Good work! Please keep it up! I remember being 249 pounds and now I'm down in the 190 range trying to break into the 180's. It's tough work, but consistency is key!😊

Don't rush it. Just live a healthy lifestyle and the results will follow.
