Why would someone take 2 years to tell you they've been liking you?

@AkAtSUki Then it was shyness and uncertainty most likely. Which, if you aren't in a friendship with someone, it can be harder to just approach someone and say you like them. Rejection can be a scary thing to some people, very.

@MrPerditus1 I gave him a chance to meet up but he didn't make the effort to find time.. eventually I met someone else... and he's got a woman now.

I know I've stuck my neck out more than once, got kicked a few times, but met some amazing ladies that shared many good memories with and learned a few things as well. Though, even now in my late 50's, can still feel like an idiot teenager if put in the right circumstance. lol

@AkAtSUki I hope you are. I know I'm not with anyone now, but not looking for it at the moment. Feel I need to do more work on myself before I let anyone in. But maybe someday I'll get there again. :)

@AkAtSUki maybe he wasn't as single as you think he was if he's for a woman now? He could have been talking to her at the same time trying to decide who he liked better?

Also, does it matter if he likes you if you are with someone and he is with someone? His motives are sounding suspicious that he told you now.
