On the use of heating pads [I Have Thoughts]

I love my heating pad, i often have it on medium on my bare back, but the other day saw in the mirror my back, .... it was like i cooked myself 馃槰

I think when using a heating pad, you're supposed to have a towel or something between you and the pad. Cause even with the towel you'll get the heat.
