Just remember...if you feel a little funky, bend your knees slightly so if you do faint you will kind of pile up instead of falling like a tree.

@SW-User The wall hug works..if you have a wall..just remember to let your knees bend so you don't slam into the floor.
And if you are away from anything, do not bend over to feel better, squat down. I have seen more than one nose dive in the dirt or floor.

Youre still very young. I doubt you have heart problems. Maybe you just gotta eat more fruits and veggies.
