I Am Uncomfortable In Crowds

I don’t like crowded places and when I stay too much at home. It’s just feels scary to go outside. I feel really uncomfortable. It’s just scary world outside . Does anyone feel same after being indoor lot of hours, days?

I have a lot of social anxiety in crowds. I have so much on my mind and to share yet I get so scared and feel in the back of my mind someone will laugh. I just keep to myself then

@Natureismagical Haha. Yes we are. May be why I like being inkine. It feels like I can open up more. I can't hear someone laugh. They can just disappear if they dont want to talk
