Some pictures taken around the Lake Glendale Recreation Area in Southern Illinois today. There is no autumn color left all the leaves have fallen. Was a nice walk sunny skies and temperatures near 70 degrees.

I am joined by old friends...been friends for a long time and we are all old..lol.. Southern Illinois is a beautiful place, I was raised there! My father had grocery stores in a couple of places in southern Il.
@Stereoguy Funny you asked...lol.. yup, I am thinking about a whole different event..I am going to rent a cabin by the Ohio river and open the doors to my friends. They will like that, soft beds, electric lights.
