I Eat Lunch
Not often a proper meal, usually I opt for some fruit and nuts, sometimes just a fruit smoothie made with almond milk. Never as much as I've just enjoyed!
I arrived in Belgrade a few hours ago and took my two companions to the apartment we are going to share for the next few weeks or months, where we sorted out who was going to be where and a guide to the house rules, and everything. Living sixteen floors up might seem restrictive at times I feel.
Then just one of my companions and I went to meet with my aunt who works a few streets away to have some lunch together and get the latest news from my Dad, even though he is more than likely to call me later tonight.
I chose to take Boban with me as he will remain the least involved and more alert as we met my aunt. I redressed from what I had been wearing on the flight, opting for skimpy shorts and a bikers type jacket with my favourite trainers. My aunt isn't usually surprised by what I wear, but I did this time, probably because I had nothing on under my bolero, and I showed a little cameltoe with my shorts!
I enjoyed a bean stew. Probably the most I've had to eat in a meal for over two weeks! It was delicious, slightly spicy and served with a flatbread. I had wine too! It was very enjoyable and it gave me a chance to touch bases with aunt Sofia.
