I sold our Manhattan apartment. Yay!

Prices are dropping in NYC, so I got rid of it before they drop any further. It seemed a waste to keep it, as we only use it a few weeks a year. And visiting the USA during the pandemic is a bit of a hassle. Luckily, it went quickly and without a loss. It fetched over 2 M.

@LucyGray I would have probably waited a bit. Especially if it was paid off. Real estate,especially in New York is always a good investment. It might stumble for a bit but always bounces back
