You say you work with patients do you mind me asking what position you are in?
I'm a dental nurse and I suffered from that burn out when I was in the dental hospital. Perhaps I can offer some suggestions?

@Smartygirl24 OK are you planning on staying in hospital or become a gp?

@Peppa i will become a gp.

@Smartygirl24 OK well first things first, you are in your final month. It's always the worst time because you are under pressure either to finish treatment, do hand overs, submit paperwork, the stress of securing a job, the questions about whether you're prepared enough.
Stop. Focus on the most important and the thing you can currently change.
Then think about talking to a colleague or a consultant in regards to your burn out. It's part of their role as your supervisor to make sure you are OK on a personal level.
If not schedule an hour an evening or half a hour if you can to doing basic yoga. Start with the breathing and meditation.
It works wonders.
Try and take each day as it comes thinking too far ahead makes current problems overwhelming and leads to more what if questions.

@Peppa that was amazing thank u.
I actually was thinking abt yoga but i dont know anything abt it.have heard it works but is it possible to do it myself at home or i need a teacher?

@Smartygirl24 aww brilliant well I'm glad to have helped. I was battling anxiety and ran and did some yoga it was a little expensive but I found classes for £30 for 30 days once that ran out I bought the gaiam beginners yoga kit. They teach you a basic 15 minute morning Yoga, there's a hour long routine and a seated meditation routine. I highly recommend. It's brilliant.

You can do it alone but I recommend if you can I don't know where you are in the world but a lot of places offer trials. When you go try and get as much information about your posture because you can over extend muscles without Eben realising that leads to long term muscle wear.
Best wishes x

@Peppa there is a gym close to my house which offers yoga classes..i think i shd go and check it out..but u know, the time is my problem, i barely have time for anything.but i will try my best to at least learn the basics in the class.

Does it really work? Im a very stressed person and if life could be a bit more peaceful od love it...so im hopeful for yoga to heal me :)

@Smartygirl24 it's mind over matter if you can dedicate a time like a Thursday evening or a Saturday morning even if it's an early or really late one. It helps honestly it is important to be consistent but don't stress your self out if you miss one but try to go to the next one. I recommend one a week if you can too many days and it just gets too much doth your busy schedule.
Think of it as an hour of peace. Trust me you think you have it at home now. But you'll realise how busy home is until you get into the yoga
