In fact I know she does, whatever I do or say is wrong...I'm running out of ideas! :(

That's horrible. Is it reality or do you think it is your perception of the situation? Maybe you could ask her if she is annoyed with something you have done. Don't let it fester and continue or she may start really hating you. Good luck.
