I Was Bullied

From 3rd grade to 8th grade, it seems I was everyone's favorite victim. Whether it was because of my weight, red hair, insecurities, or the fact that sometimes I could be really annoying, everyone seemed to hate me. I dreaded going to school every single day. I'd fake sick or beg my parents to let me take a break. So how did I respond later on? Improving. I lost some weight, got over some insecurities, and tried not to bug people as much because looking back I was pretty annoying. Like that kid who is trying so hard to fit in and be "cool" but failing miserably. I'm not justifying their bullying, but I had no reason to d that. I still kept my ginger hair, though.

Moral of the story; don't let bullying get to you. Use it as a means to improve. For example, let's say someone makes a comment on your weight. If your weight is not too bad, brush it off and ignore them. If it's bad, then turn their criticism into motivation and improve on your health. Don't go too overboard and starve or exhaust yourself, though.

Hope this advice helps.
