2 people arrested over kids

Just watched the whole thing. One bratty teenager says something inappropriate to a 3 year old. 3 year old tells mom. Mom tells neighbors. Neighbor yells at bratty teenager. Teenager runs home and tells brother and neighbors. Brother yells at mom's neighbor. Yell at each other for 10 minutes. Both go to jail while bratty teenager laughs. Who needs tv?
