Hugging and Holding
Early morning's whispering
About the promise that's unfolding

Quickly forging this bond
As you're slowly calmed
The love blooms like a flower
As the sun starts to dawn.

A new life that's just beginning
As we slowly keep on spinning.
We start today, and music plays
I stare endlessly while grinning.

Yet, your eyes begin their closing
You yawn, and start your dozing
There in your swing. Such a precious thing.
This rhyme my mind's composing

So, as you drift away
Into your dreams of gray
One wish. One kiss. Such morning bliss.
