I wonder why Eleanor does not de-clutter the superfluous "n" from her surname?
I guess if my last name was Brown,I might want a distinguishing touch!
I think some physical housework/cleaning is very therapeutic,indeed.dishwashing for instance.
I am all for deep-sixing the things in ones life that hold you back,with one caveat;like physical decluttering I find I sometimes have tossed something of value.
Discernment...just an added thought.

@sometimeslonelytoo cleaning away what I call visual noise is very calming. I find I can't study until the house is clean. Enjoy your cleaning
