I Love Women Who Wear Anklets

My wife loves and wears an anklet on her right ankle.
One of my friend told that it is an symbol that a woman is a hotwife. Any ideas?

my wife wears one. She loves it and over the yrs I've bought more. Some do indicate available with certain charms attached, and yes guys have hit on her because of the anklet
