In our modern wide world, problem customs like this differ from country to country and area to area.
Here in Australia a tattooed heart on inside wrist can mean she is available for pleasure with others.
There of course is also the range of bisexual and lesbian signals which very many women send out these days. Here bisexuality is quitecommon.
