I Appreciate Life

I appreciate the lessons I was given the past 2 days.
Really put me in a fight or flight state of mind. A lot of fear involved and disperation. However I can see the lessons that are in there. While it is still hard to make my body and feelings stop being anxious, even though I can see the light.
What I learnt and I hope I will keep it with me and continue applying it into my life, is:

1. If something bothers me, shut it down in the moment, don't ignore it in hopes that it will go away, because it can grow into something that of unimaginable proportions. And then it will be either impossible or just a complete pain to deal with. So don't take chances, get everything secured, now.

2. Be overcurious in life situations, because shying out or going with the flow, just because there is a line over there already formed, is going to lose me so much and just overspend, because of missed opportunities.
Like borderline annoying, if it's something important, and prepare! stop going with the flow, because that's where mistakes happen.
