@Beautifullyderanged Do you know where I can get green cream soda? Believe it or not I couldn't get any in New Brighton despite it being the drink I've always associated with New Brighton since 1967. If I could get some elsewhere, I could take it with me next time I go to New Brighton.

@NankerPhelge do you mean the packaging was green or the soda was green?

@Beautifullyderanged The soda was green. I can still remember it even though I was only 5 at the time. There is even a song that reminds me of the whole thing, it was a hit at the time and it was playing on the radio in the Marine Café where I had the soda. This is the song.

@NankerPhelge Sparletta Cream Soda, you can get it from a lot of different websites, UK amazon does it too but not seen it on US version

@Beautifullyderanged I've never heard of that brand. Was that what I was drinking in 1967?

@NankerPhelge lol no idea, it says it was created in 1953 so who knows...

@Beautifullyderanged I wasn't alive then. I wasn't born until 1962.

@Beautifullyderanged I was only 5 when I had that drink in New Brighton and even then I didn't see the label on the bottle, I drank it out of the glass the café assistant put it in. Lol :)

@NankerPhelge I suppose the only thing to do would be to get some to try, unfortunately it might not taste the same as recipes change over time :(
