Try intermittent fasting. By putting all of your meals into a narrow time slot of the day it becomes less important if you eat carbs during that window.

Most of your carb hunger is actually about glucose and insulin spiking after snacks, then getting hit with low blood sugar later, which makes you repeat the cycle.
