Now, ti is costing me thousands of dollars and I am spending countless hours in therapy, trying to make it through the 12 steps to riding myself of co-dependency! It took me a long time to admit I am a co-dependent because of the fact that I am a Pisces…
Because Pisces are emotional sponges, their happiness is completely dependent on the moods of the people around them. Which is a great thing when around people in a good mood, but absorbing emotions can be detrimental to a loving Pisces who falls for a pessimistic, critically judgmental Virgo who thinks that the world owes him.
Pisces should be given special glasses at birth, ones that will show us people to steer clear of. We could carry them with us at all times and wear when we meet new people. We need to be warned to stay away from certain people who might be prone to take advantage of us…. Like someone who is extremely selfish, we would meet them and give all that we had to give and more, but this selfish person would not return the favor even when you needed it the most. The Indians knew how to preserve the resources of the land, don’t kill too many Bison or there won’t be enough to replenish the subsequent years, ultimately resulting in the extinction of their main food source.
The same conservation philosophy should be employed by anyone who is close to a Pisces, because the depth of a Pisces innate requisite to devote every ounce of their soul, should be protected and held sacred. A person possessing enough strength to endure the immense emotional drainage that accompanies the most coveted of all talents, possessed by man, needs to be protected and handled with extreme tenderness. Until you have witnessed it first hand, the appalling devastation that consumes such a sensitive Pisces, especially one who has been devoured by selfish, malicious individuals.
I will never understand why so many innocuous Pisces innately attract these egocentric people who insensately suck the exuberant light from them like locusts, moving on to the next eager, credulous victim.
