I've heard of a car crash where the child didn't even wake up, they were in their carseat so securely. Also heard of the carseat being the only thing left structurally whole after an accident.

I once wrecked a car and rolled over three times. Blessedly I was alone. but my daughter's carseat remained intact and I think she would have too.

A car seat saved my life i don't remember the crash and i did get hurt they told me the seat with me in it was found feet away from what was left of the car.
