I Am Afraid of the Dentist

Tomorrow I’m going to the dentist. I lie down and am totally calm until they start. Then I can’t control the water in my eyes and I start shaking.
It’s scary but it has to be done I guess. Not looking forward to it.

I've told my DH that he needs to try nitrous oxide. Then you wont care. Or get a more skilled dentist.

@Intissima I've even heard of dentists prescribing Xanax. There are options. Best wishes!

When I was young I was so scared to go to the dentist, I messed my pants in the waiting room. I was 9 I think, but I was cleaned up by my mum and still had to see the dentist.

i find laying back in dentist chair to be relaxing. I have to struggle to stay awake as I want to go to sleep when laying back in the chair. 😺
