I Feel Guilty

I know a young family that is struggling financially. Their only car broke down. I just bought them one anonymously, but that isn’t enough. I hate that they have to struggle. I remember the struggle, but distantly. Now I take everything for granted. I want to be less selfish. Just sad this afternoon.

@trackman11 You are not selfish you gave a car! One thing I learned just 3 years ago and that is to not give so much that you can't take care of your own needs. You have needs too!

@Carazaa I agree with you on this. Keep yourself afloat and then save others if you have space.

Generosity has its limits and the receivers are not always worthy.
