I Am Having A Lazy Day

Since I came back from camping and taking a break for few days and did what needed to be done and feel refreshed and emotionally/mentally stable and content I am rewarding myself with a lazy day. I want to watch movies all day.
I would really appreciate some good suggestions. What's your favourite movie and why? Perhaps series?
I enjoy all types of genre with a great story line. Thank you in advance 😊

Comedy:
Kind Hearts and Coronets
It's an old British film from way back in which a man who is 12th in line to a dukedom decides to murder all 12 relatives blocking his way to the inheritance. The best part of this very witty film is that all of the murder victims, male and female, are played by one brilliant actor, Alec Guinness.

Best Western ever made:
The Big Country
Directed by William Wyler
Starring two of the best actors and handsomest men in the acting business, Charleton Heston and Gregory Peck.

Romantic movie:
A Portrait of Jenny
A romance with a supernatural theme about the power of love to overcome time and circumstance.

Craziest movie ever made, goes well with marijuana and some other drugs.
Hellzapoppin'
Olsen and Johnson

Best historical drama:
The Sleep Room
A Canadian film about the CIA sponsored mind control experiments done on patients at a hospital in Montreal during the 1950s, the early history of MKUktra and government sponsored mind control.

I would highly recommend a small Scottish film from 1983 called "Local Hero". Really special and beautiful film.

@NigelDoes Is those movies you have to watch over and over ❤Camping is so good. You must do it soon :)

@Orlbe I fully agree. Another "small" film I would recommend is "The Station Agent'. it's quite a slow film but it has a lot of heart and it just kind of sucks you in.

@NigelDoes will check out as well then

I suggested you go watch Parasite or Hobbs & Shaw. These two are on my top list of best 2019 movies.

That depends on what you enjoy..

@ozgirl512 Something that keeps me guessing. Sometimes sad movies that bring tears can be humanly awakening. True stories are cool too.

@Orlbe The Sleep Room made me cry, one of the few movies that ever has.
