I Am a Woman Who Loves Women

Ever since I've known myself I've always been attracted to and have craved deeply intense and romantic relationships with females. These relationships also search me out, I think. And though they never really work out well, I still hold out hope and keep trying.
Currently, my relationship with my colleague is deepening. The novel thing about this situation is that she is very much involved in it's deepening and contributes to it. How deep she wants it to go though is what I'm unclear about.
She's very verbally and physically affectionate with me. However, I don't want to read too much into everything (as I usually do) and scare or turn her off (as I usually do).
