I'm new here, and just trying to connect with people

I've spend some time on and off on various single-serving style chat sites like omegle and emeraldchat, and in my pursuit of trying to connect with people i found this place! Im not sure at all what i'm doing yet or how this place works but it seems promising. I'm not even sure if this is a Status, or a Post, or what.
