I Am a Manager

One of my team members who was a close friend before she got promoted and put on my team, is having personnel issues I have to deal with today. She knows a lot about me personally and vice versa. And she can be a little nuts. I feel sick.

This is why I don't usually let anyone get close to me. This right here.

@SW-User I'm on it! 👍🏻 Luckily I've always been able to shoot straight with her but this is one of our most difficult convos to date. She's on the verge of me taking this to another level.
