I Am a Manager

I’m relatively new to this whole managing malarky and I’ve never done any courses in managing people, my company is teaching me as I go along. I have a team of 7 staff in a busy office based sales environment.

Well it’s been eventful so far already 1 firing, 3 people hired, 1 person left and today my first formal bollocking!

Surprisingly it’s getting easier and easier to stop been like a friend and colleague but a manager.
