I Am a Manager

Well not anymore but I used to be a manager and I quitted that job a month ago, but I find it so cute how all my workers from there still call and text me everyday asking how I am and asking me when will I go back because they miss me and love me they constantly tell me that I'm the best manager they ever had because they say they felt appreciated and loved with me around because I would always be checking up on them and even if they had personal problems they would all turn to me and I would help them as much as i could , one day I helped one of them find his missing puppy, and I once helped another one of them by giving him shelter and I would always make sure they would make it home safe but is cause I care about everyone of them and I knew that if they where OK it was easier for them to do a good job at work and they never disappointed me, god how I miss them but I was already stuck in that chapter for to long!

@bhatjc thank you I appreciate it,and yea now that I left you can actually notice a difference, before the store was so nice and today when I went to visit the store was a mess and the guys where playing around and the manager was yelling at them and as soon as I got there they started cleaning up the store taking everything serious asking me when was I going to go back and they all hugged me and the other manager told me she hadnt seen them working like that in a while and she started making fun of them telling them they where scared if me and they responded by telling her its not called being scared its called respect
