Are you bilingual or multilingual? How do you practice foreign language without taking foreign language in formal class?

Read the news in foreign language? Learning from Internet?
How do you practicing it? Are you going to write it the phrases down in your journal or maybe just read it lightly?

Immersion learning is better than any formal classes really. Ideally you would do both together but sometimes you can't. Formal classes teach you to be literate and immersion teaches you how to be conversational.

Bilingual. But my spoken English isn't as good as my written one because I absolutely lack practice.
