Do you regret dropping out of university ?

I had perfect 4.0 Masters in Engineering underway ... when my boss became jealous ... he had dropped out, but lied about his college degree ... On the day-night of my finals ... he assigned me a highly critical project forcing me to work till 8 pm ... knowing it was my finals.

My bosses boss asked why I did not get perfect grades that semester ... I told him

The next thing I knew was I was called into a room with 20 execs and my boss crying like a 3 year old ... admitting what he had done.

To make things right ... the company offered me the option of going to a Top10 MBA program on their dollar and time.

They wrote recommendations

Finished that 1st in my class with 5 majors

They transferred my boss to California ... cause they figured his behavior was more acceptable there.

Yes. It’s my biggest regret. I even had a full scholarship. What a dumbass I was.

No it wasn't the right thing for me anyway. It was valuable for as long as it lasted.
I do regret the missed opportunity to find a better education and career.

No. I'd like to have stayed on and my life would be different, but I'm not unhappy with how it went since I did drop out.

dropped out of middle school though, never regretted it cause i did finish school eventually yrs later

If you knew the reason why I did it you would applaud me. But you don't, so oh well
