What does my dream mean?

I’m in a locker room and I need to use the restroom, but every stall I go into has a toilet that’s filled with paper and/or waste almost to the top. No one has flushed the toilet and they all appear backed up/broken. It’s 6-8 stalls long and not one is clean or semi-usable. It’s disgusting! I’ve had this dream about 4x’s now.
